About this Webinar

Value-Based Healthcare is a delivery model in which providers are paid based on patient health outcomes. Under value-based care agreements providers are ‘rewarded’ for helping patients improve their health, reduce the effects and incidence of chronic disease, and live healthier lives in an evidence-based way. However, many providers struggle with value-based contracting, specific challenges relate to data collection & data analysis.

Opeeka has assembled a panel of health-care executives who will share insights and offer assistance around what ‘value-based care’ looks like, including the struggles & lessons learned around unifying data. During this interactive session these thought leaders will offer helpful insights from a provider’s perspective, as well as outlining ways in which providers can afford technology solutions. The use of data within a value-based healthcare focus translates into more efficient and effective delivery models.
